Everything within walking distance: public transportation, stores, restaurants. Within 15 minutes by car from Breda and Rotterdam, Kinderdijk mills, nature park de Biesbosch.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

The house is rented without a garden, but from inside or out on the balcony you will have stunning views of the mills. This stylish accommodation is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In the middle of nature, on the water. Hiking, biking, working, relaxing. You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.
