Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. The listed house from 1730 is located at the foot of the holy mountain of Upper Swabia – the Bussen – and directly on the hiking trail, not far from the Danube Cycle Path on the edge of the Swabian Alps. During the careful restoration using ecological and sustainable materials, many details such as sloping floors, partially low room heights and a steep staircase were preserved. My Resilia consists of an old house dating back to 1887 and a top modern residential building. We have set up three bedrooms right there to maintain the safety of the old building. You can really feel the thick, clay plaster and wood. Shielded cables and SAMINA sleep systems allow for optimal sleep. The kitchen is the heart of the home, a sociable space where you can cook for yourself with high-quality equipment.

We are an animal and child-loving family from Hesse and are happy if you feel as comfortable in our cottage as we do. You have a direct view of the Zwiefalter Münster and the former monastery garden . From the house you can directly access the many hiking trails. There is a very spacious conservatory, a large covered terrace as well as a fully fenced garden with children's playhouse.
