In a prime location, charming, quiet, 2-room apartment. 2nd floor

Our lovingly renovated and very well-equipped 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the old paper mill from 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 55 square meters, very comfortable for two, but two more people can be accommodated well. There is also a shared yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 sqm) available, which invites you to do yoga, meditation, punching bag training, and dancing with a mirror and ballet bar. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Family-friendly apartments in the Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you'll find restaurants, shops and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, there are bicycles, toys, table tennis, table football and an outdoor play area available. The modern, bright attic apartment is quiet and sunny on the outskirts of Dietfurt. There is a spacious kitchen-living room , 1 bedroom and daylight bathroom with corner tub and balcony with seating. "Digital Detox" is top of mind with us (conscious waiver of wifi). The apartment has a wired connection. A car parking is right in front of the house. A public playground is right across the street from the property. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pet-free.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Cozy, bright and individually furnished apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden including barbecue area. On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Good parking at the house. 12 kilometers from the A 9 exit Allersberg. To Rothsee 12 Km RMD canal 4.5 Km Good shopping facilities 600 meters away (bakery, butcher, supermarkets). Very nice marketplace with good restaurants 500 meters away.

Spacious attic apartment near Ingolstadt

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m², offers plenty of space for a stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
