Everything within walking distance: public transportation, stores, restaurants. Within 15 minutes by car from Breda and Rotterdam, Kinderdijk mills, nature park de Biesbosch.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Visit the world heritage windmills of Kinderdijk or our local cheese farm on our rental bikes (€10/day) to have the ultimate Dutch experience. WIFI 58,5 /23,7 Mbps .

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Our modernly furnished stay has a living/bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen. You have a private entrance and it is on the ground floor. All to yourself. No breakfast available. The cottage is en-suite with shower, toilet & washbasin, 2 comfortable beds next to each other, a dining area and a sitting area. The cottage also has got a mini-kitchen for small meals and there are tea and coffee making facilities. (Nespresso) 2 bikes and public transportcards to borrow. No children or baby’s without swimming diploma. Frontyard with cal and camera; backyard has nò cal and camera.

If you are a Nederlander or if you are planning to make a trip to the Netherlands, a visit to Kinderdijk should not be missed. It is fantastic to live near to the monumental windmills. The house is rented without a garden, but from inside or out on the balcony you will have stunning views of the mills. We would like to give you a warm welcome at our house where we do everything to give you a pleasant and memorable stay.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
