Quiet villa, in wooded park, overlooking pond

A haven of peace in the middle of nature, the villa is located in a wooded park (2500 m2) overlooking a pond (not accessible). Ideal for a family, it offers large play areas. The accommodation (old barn) is comfortable and made of natural materials (pisé, tomettes, oil dye). Insulation and temperature are optimized (warm in winter, cool in summer). The location is ideal: Rennes (13 km), St-Malo (63 km), Mt St Michel (57 km). The village with all shops is 2 km away.
