The apartment is located in a very quiet area, we live in the RC. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those who are claustrophobic. It is served by a lift for people with minor disabilities, which is also used by other able-bodied people. There is a private emergency exit via an interior staircase. Access from the basement allows complete independence. The entrances, exterior gate, main gate and garage door are operated with a badge. Small pets are accepted on request.
