Relax in this quiet and well-decorated studio with stunning views of nature. Located upstairs with an independent entrance. Ideally located near the Canut Valley, the Ker Lann Campus and the Exhibition Centre, and 25 km from Rennes or Paimpont. Bed linens and towels are provided. No TV. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy! Please note that if you come for 2 people, it will be either the queen bed or two separate single beds. Please specify when booking.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Our charming house is located in the peaceful countryside of Guipry-Messac 4.4 km from the city centre in department 35 in Brittany, our house is the perfect starting point for exploring the region. Only 7 km from the car village of Lohéac, 30 km from the Rennes exhibition center in Bruz, and 35 km from the city of Rennes, you will have easy access to local attractions. The Breton coast is only 1.5 hours away, and the Vilaine towpath is 3 km away.

Come and discover our 90m² accommodation, completely renovated and located in the village of Lohéac. A shared garden not attached of 300m2 located 50 meters from the accommodation is available for guests: barbecue, table, chairs and sunbeds are there. Linens (sheets, towels) and cleaning are optional. The property can accommodate up to 11 adults, plus infants.
