Apartment in a quiet residential area on the second floor without an elevator but with a comfortable staircase. Nearby are bars, restaurants, pizzerias and a supermarket. Brescia is 2 km away and can also be reached by public transport. It is 2 km from the highway exit, 40 km from Lake Garda and 30 km from Lake Iseo. In the area there are parks, a gym, and tennis courts. Large green areas and free parking areas.
