The apartment is close to Reit im Winkel and the Steinplatte ski resort (10 min.). The accommodation is simple but well-maintained, in a very nice quiet location. It is suitable for sports-loving guests, even with children, and offers a total of space for 11 guests (2 double beds, 5 single beds, 1 baby bed, 2 sofa beds). Cross-country skiing is right in front of the house. You have a wonderful panorama of the Rechenberg. Directly from the house there are beautiful summer and winter hiking trails.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the full wood doors, were restored and reused. With lots of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created, reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair use and the disabled. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.
