Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Reit im Winkel und dem Skigebiet Steinplatte (10 Min). Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber gut erhalten, in sehr schöner ruhiger Lage. Sie ist geeignet für sportbegeisterte Gäste, auch mit Kindern und bietet insgesamt Platz für 11 Gäste (2Doppelbetten, 5Einzelbetten, 1Babybett, 2 Sofaschlafplätze). Eine Langlaufloipe ist direkt vor dem Haus. Man hat ein wunderbares Panorama auf den Rechenberg. Direkt vom Haus aus gibt es schöne Sommer- und Winterwanderwege.
