Have fun with the whole family in this stylish home. There is room for outdoor activities with volleyball, soccer and campfires. There is also the possibility of socializing around the delicious designer kitchen, the gas grill and of course the cozy sofa in the living room together with the wood-burning stove. The house is ideal for nature lovers as well as for those who want easy access to Copenhagen with, among other things, Tivoli and gourmet restaurants. The house is also close to a beautiful lake (Søndersø). There is a cute cat that needs food and water once a day.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The old school.

The house is an old school from 1903 and is located in the middle of a small village. From the house, there is the most beautiful view over fields and forests and a lot of fantastic nature experiences. The house is spacious on 2 floors. The old school rooms with huge windows, form the frame of a kitchen and a large living room with fantastic views. Both rooms have access to the garden. The first floor has 4 bedrooms. On the landing is a TV room, table and toilet. There are beds for 9 people, but more can be made up.

Quiet location close to shopping, café, bakery, hiking and kitesurfing spot. We have a trampoline and a wilderness pool in the garden. 75 min. to Copenhagen. Nearby attractions: Sail with the old wooden ferry Ida to beautiful Stubbekøbing, visit Møns Klint, Gåsetårnet, Knuthenborg Safari Park, Crocodile Zoo, Fuglsang Art Museum, Forest Tower/Climbing Park, Lalandia, the idyllic port city of Præstø, Holmegård Glassworks and the Amusement Park Bonbonland. We also have Uno and board games for rainy weather.

The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

Beach House on beautiful island

Beach house on the small island Askø. Enjoy the view to Lilleø and Femø over the calm sea. The house is stylish and comfortable with a huge lawn where kids can play. There is direct access to the beach. The water is shallow and perfect for kids. Take a tour in the canoe. There are plenty of duvets but guests have to bring towels covers, and bed sheets. The house has to be cleaned by the guests. This is an old school airbnb; you are renting a private summerhouse. Don’t expect hotel standards

Stairway to the Meadow

Velkommen til mit stråtækkede trætophus. Tagrørene ses også indefra og man mærker let, hvordan alting ånder, når dit hus kun består af naturens egne materialer. Uanset hvor du er, har du udsigt til engen og skoven, 100 procent alene, men sammen med alle dyrene, ikke mindst fårene, som græsser lige under dig. l hytten vågner du op henover engen og markerne. Kaffen er lige ved hånden og dit morgenbad er ned ad trappen. Sengen er altid klar med tykke dyner og rent sengetøj. lsoleret og opvarmet.

Artistic tree house

The house is about 4 meters up in the tree. Enter via the natural stairway which can be slippery in rainy wheather. The house has a double bed (190 cm long) and a small space at the entrance. I intalled shelves and hooks to store your things. The bed is always with clean bedlinnen. lf you want a bigger treehouse which is heated and also very discrete and remote, look for my other treehouse, Stairway to the Meadow.
