A charming three-story property, beautifully situated on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the road to Bisserup, where there is a sandy beach and a local cozy harbour. An 80 m2 apartment with open living room and kitchen, wood-burning stove and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. The property has been renovated with respect according to the old principles - windows made of plywood (1809) painted with linseed oil, binding works with dowels, paper wool insulation, thatched roof etc. Waste sorting and recycling is also important

For guests who prioritize the rustic charm of an older house in the countryside over a new and streamlined house. Large kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove and exit to the terrace in the garden with a view. Ideal for families with or without children who want to enjoy the surrounding nature. The building/barn next to the house is occasionally used by hosts.

Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on small enclosed gravel road in quiet summerhouse area. Large almost completely enclosed, secluded grounds with sun all day. Possibility of ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and exit to the sun farm. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. It has room for everyone whether you want to leave a puzzle or read, play, or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located on their own distribution hall with sliding doors to the sun farm.

Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

Nyd en hyggelig ferie på landet - på UNESCOs biosfær område, tæt på middelalderbyen Stege, i nærheden af vandet og midt i naturen. Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer. Vi elsker at rejse, og går op i at huset er komfortable og hyggelige. Vi har forsøgt at indrette vores gæstehus som vi selv synes er rart. Sig til hvis I mangler noget!

Charming farmhouse the Countryside

The house is 220 m2 of high quality living space i the danish countryside by Lake Gyrstinge in Central Zealand. 4 doublerooms, sleeping loft w. 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen fully equiped for 10 persons, big living room. Completely furnished with all neccesary houshold utensils. The house holds a wood-fired sauna and a wilderness spa which guests can rent for an additional fee of DKK 1100 for the spa and 700 for the sauna. If you rent both items the cost is DKK 1500 for two days.

Cozy house, scenic, close to Kalundborg Novo

Cozy cottage located in a peaceful area. 3 rooms. Room for 6 people. Kitchen and living room in one, and a nice bathroom with shower. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a barbecue. The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Skævinge, the old henhouse in rural surroundings

We have renovated the old hen house to a small cozy annex. The house has a room and is situated on its own in our small country house and we have 12 hens and a rooster that graze freely on the piece next to the house. The farm is originally from 1914 and is surrounded by fields and overlooking bedrock mountains. On the property you will also find our cafe and farm shop that sells coffee, cake, sandwich, brunch etc. opening hours Friday-Sunday 10am-5pm

Village house close to Nykøbing F - view of fields

The house is quietly located in a small village overlooking the fields. It is 10 min. drive to Nykøbing Falster, 5 min. drive to the highway and 5 min. drive to shopping (Rema 1000) You'll have the whole house and garden to yourself. There is parking on the grounds. I live close by myself and can help if problems arise.
