Cozy newly refurbished summer house for 2 adults, there is the possibility for 1 child to sleep on mattress on the floor, at the same time there will be the possibility to set up a tent for 2 children. The cottage is called "Sun Hook" it is idyllically located under large trees in my backyard, There is sun on the terrace all afternoon and the evening sun can also be enjoyed here. There's a private entrance. Centrally located in Ålbæk, only 20 km to Skagen, 5 min walking distance to lovely beach and port, also only 5 min walking distance to Train station.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The house is an old school from 1903 and is located in the middle of a small village. From the house, there is the most beautiful view over fields and forests and a lot of fantastic nature experiences. The house is spacious on 2 floors. The old school rooms with huge windows, form the frame of a kitchen and a large living room with fantastic views. Both rooms have access to the garden. The first floor has 4 bedrooms. On the landing is a TV room, table and toilet. There are beds for 9 people, but more can be made up.

Copenhagen is a great city and you'll find rest here after a hard exploration day

The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.
