Lovely newly renovated cottage, nice and well maintained with all necessary amenities, located on a large natural plot. The house is within walking distance of both Rørvig town and Nordstranden, which is Rørvig's best beach. It is bright and beautiful, with lots of windows and views of the forest/nature from all sides. A new bathroom was established in 2021, with a shower and washing machine. The house is filled with charm, warmth and quirky details, and offers shelter, fireplace, large terrace, barbecue and wood stove.

The house is practical and functionally furnished with kitchen/living room, bedroom and bath/toilet on the ground floor, and 2 rooms and balcony on 1 floor. South facing terrace facing the sea side and sun area at the back of the house with morning sun. Approximately 200 meters to the pebble beach via path/staircase. There is a bathing jetty out to sandy. Heating: Heat pump, wood-burning stove and electric panels.

Our cottage is located in Evetofte/Melby on a nice, densely planted and sunny plot. Here, there is a cycling distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's real Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light when the sun sets after a long beautiful day. In the last few years, we have updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, post-insulated, new thermal windows and a whole garden.

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.
