The very modern and spacious 2-room apartment (70 m²) is located in Fischbach - a suburb of Friedrichshafen - within walking distance of Lake Constance. A fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook comfortably; there is a large EDEKA in the house. The apartment is equipped to accommodate children and is disability-friendly. On request, laundry can be done, ironing board etc. are available. The new apartment offers an underground parking space and bicycle cellar.

Very quiet location terrace from which the sunset can be observed. Contact with animals possible. At the moment we have donkeys, sheep and cats. Lots of excursions in the area. Very nice bike and hiking routes directly from the house. Lake Constance is just 15 km away. Short drive for trips to the mountains and Lake Constance. Lots of hiking and mountain biking opportunities right from the property. Guided mountain bike tours can also be offered upon request.

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.
