From here you can easily explore the inspiring side of the island of Usedom by bike on the Feininger bike path. Here you will find small swimming beaches along the Peenestrom and Achterwasser, away from the wild hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds. For cyclists, anglers and water sports enthusiasts, the sunniest island is a memorable experience. In addition, an insulated and renovated construction trailer is available as an adventurous sleeping option for another 4 people in the garden. The living room with fireplace, the master bedroom and the kitchen with terrace are aligned to the water. In addition, there is a sauna, a playground and a swimming area in the garden of the property.

The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 min. Walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is set up for 2-3 people. The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests Parking space, wallbox and bike rack at the property. Laundry package and final cleaning included.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.
