The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km). The house has been completely renovated in the years 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. * Other listings can also be booked for the other apartment on the ground floor (100m² for 6 pers. + 2x extra bed) and the entire house (2 WE).

Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

It is the largest of the three houses to rent. Dogs are welcome. Rowing on the pond, picking mature fruit from the trees, fishing and the caught fish right on the garden grill: pure enjoyment, in peace and quiet!

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
