For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Exklusive Ferienwohnung mit Infrarotkabine! Sie liegt im Zentrum von Kolsass. Dazu gehört ein großer Garten mit Grillgelegenheit, eine eigene Garage und Abstellplätze. Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, der Radweg führt in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbei. Im Winter ist das Skigebiet am Kolsassberg ideal für Anfänger. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es die Möglichkeit, den Tag kulinarisch im Wellnesshotel Rettenberg ausklingen zu lassen.

Beautiful apartment in the mountains with great views of three ski resorts in the Zillertal. Two bedrooms & a sofa bed have enough space for 6 in this spacious space. Private terrace on the sunny side with BBQ facilities. Underfloor heating and accessible shower ensure a cozy living climate. The Distelberg is known for beautiful hikes & tours by bike, as well as refreshments. We are happy to provide a high chair & a cot.

In Mils (15 km from Innsbruck) stands this beautiful, approx. 650-year-old Tyrolean farmhouse. The listed house looks romantic from the outside and the mountain panorama in the background makes this gem a special eye-catcher. Inside, on the first floor, a 75 sqm apartment awaits you, which was completely renovated and modernized in 2015. In this unique place, the flair of the old farmhouse meets modern furnishings.

Bluebird Base close to the slopes of Zilleralarena

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.

The tranquility and good air as well as a variety of leisure, sports and excursion opportunities make your vacation on the farm something very special in every season.
