It is the ideal starting point for over 300 km of hiking trails and alpine climbs in the Rauris Valley – one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the Salzburg region. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and proximity to nature – perfect for a relaxing break or an active holiday in the mountains.

Within walking distance (only 5 minutes): train station, Rupertus spa with swimming pool, spa park, spa facilities, theater and spa guest center Bad Reichenhall. Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Relax in this special and cozy accommodation. Newly designed one-room apartment in a quiet yet central location. Ideal for all kinds of excursions. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

A romantic studio in a small village close to Salzburg. Just a 25-minute bus ride away from the city. The bus runs through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Palace, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. The Chocolate Factory, Schellenberg Ice Cave, Anif Forest Bath, and Königsseeache are all within easy reach. The location is the ideal combination for nature and culture lovers.

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
