In a quiet cul-de-sac near the center of St-Lô (5 min walk), the train station (5 min walk), the bus stop, beautiful renovated apartment, classified "3-star furnished". Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

Large, furnished 45m2 studio with a bedroom on the higher 7m2 mezzanine Facing south, with lots of light. The independant flat is located on the first and last floor, adjacent to the main house but with a private entrance. Green and peaceful setting in a large garden : beautiful view of the countryside. Flat : new furnishings, dish ware and bedding. Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Cot for baby or young child. Garden : table, chairs, long-chairs, electric barbecue. 2 new bicycles.

Spacious apartment located on the 1st floor of the castle's outbuildings in a large wooded park. Independent access by a nice staircase located in the tower. You will be very quiet, in a green setting ideally located in the heart of the Cotentin (in the Regional Park of the Marais du Cotentin and Bessin, 1/2 hour from the landing beaches, Bayeux, 1.5 hours from Mont-Saint-Michel and picturesque places: Barfleur, Nez de Jobourg, Barneville-Carteret, Saint Vaast la Houge, etc.)

It is 800 m from the train station (10 min walk). Access to the A84 motorway off the city.
