Apartment Bludenz - Brigth & Quiet - Garden

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Comfortably furnished 40m² large independent apartment, ideal for couples or small families. Our accommodation is within walking distance of Nenzing train station. Due to the location, our house is an ideal starting point for skiing (20 min drive to the Brandnertal, 25 min to the Montafon (Golm/Vandans) ATTENTION: traffic jam, longer journey on weekends/holidays), for hiking and mountain biking. By train/car you are in 10 minutes in Feldkirch and Bludenz.

Our apartment in an apartment complex is embedded in nature with a breathtaking view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!), you are only about 10 minutes in the valley. The Laterns ski resort is only 10 minutes away by car. Our young family with 2 children rent this new and modern 2 bedroom apartment in Vandans. Our house is beautiful, very quiet and located directly under the forest in the Vorarlberg Alps. Our guests can enjoy the wonderful view and tranquility of the forest from the large windows and from their private terrace with its own garden section.
