Now part of the Unesco Heritage Landscapes of Langhe-Roero and Monferrato region, you'll enjoy gourmet food in local restaurants and wine tastings in the hundred wineries of the area.

The Good Life

Totally green and eco-sustainable house with breathtaking views of the Monferrato hills. Garden with space for outdoor lunches and dinners and a heated hydromassage tub to enjoy a completely relaxing experience (free from 1 Apr to 30 Sept, for a fee from 1 Oct to 31 Mar). Country-modern furnishings in an air-conditioned environment. You are surrounded by greenery, but only 10 minutes from the Asti Est toll booth. Possibility of charging for electric vehicles with Wall Box for a fee.

Tenuta Magrini

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.

La Dimora del Capitano is the right residence for those looking for elegance and tranquility. Immersed in Monferrato, a stone's throw from the A21 motorway, it offers an unforgettable experience in the sign of calm, quiet and good taste for an extrasensory experience. La Dimora del Capitano offers, for now, a small apartment consisting of a relaxing room, the latter equipped with a double hot tub, a shiatsu massage chair and meditative chairs.
