Quality two-bedroom apartment in a luxurious residence located on the heights of Collioure which will allow you to benefit from a unique panorama. View of the sea, the mountains, the bell tower and the old Collioure. Location very close to the center but far enough away from the seasonal crowds (10 minutes walk from the beach and the bell tower). Outdoor space-loggia, reversible ducted air conditioning, fitted kitchen, quality sound and heat insulation. Connected apartment. Secure parking.

Located 100 meters from the sea, in new condition, panoramic sea and mountain view with equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, living room with mezzanine and sofa bed, 101 cm LCD screen and balcony with synthetic grass, also equipped with silent reversible air conditioning. Top floor (no elevator) In summer, there is a market at the foot of the apartment, very nice to discover, off season only once a week and high season twice a week.
