La mas Miraflors is located in Perpignan, close to the beaches of Canet, Toreilles, Barcares... We are attached to a winery, and therefore surrounded by vineyards. The proximity to two roads is in no way an inconvenience, the place remains very relaxing and quiet, because on a mound surrounded by a park. This situation allows you to enjoy easy access to the beaches but also to the city center of Perpignan. In addition, from the Swimming Pool area, we have great views of the Canigou.

Mas catalan situé à Perpignan, et proche des plages, notamment de Canet. Le mas se trouve au milieu des vignes, entouré d'un parc arboré, et juste à côté d'une cave, pour les amateurs de vin. Il reste toutefois facile d'accès grâce aux routes assez proches, Perpignan centre est à seulement 10 min tandis que Canet plage est à 5 min.

This listing is for two homes in the same castle. The rental of the 2 units allows privatisernon only these 2 units but also the main courtyard of the castle. The pool remains shared with the other cottages, located them on the other side of the castle. The pool is away from the castle, and is surrounded by a large wooded space.
