Terrasse exposée plein sud à l’abri des bruits de la rue, afin de passer de beaux moments au soleil. La place de parking attitrée, au sein de la résidence sécurisée, vous permettra de laisser votre voiture et de tout faire à pieds (plage principale, commerces et restaurants à 5 minutes). De nombreuses randonnées et activités sont à découvrir dans cette région magnifique!

Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Access to the beaches is 5 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot, there are shuttles all year round and electric bikes, more info on daqui-mobilité.fr.

The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Come and discover our renovated apartment in a 13th century enclosure tower. Ideally located in the center of the department in a quiet village. You will find a laundry room, kitchen, living room with 140 x 190 sofa bed, large bedroom with 140 x 190 bed, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture at the top of the tower. The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
