Atmosphere Capellans, it is a T2 apartment classified 3 *** with large terrace and great view of the marina (as in the photos!), warm and comfortable, in a secure residence with pool and parking space. Beach at 10 mins on foot, 15 at the holiday pace;) Downtown/port 20 minutes away. Typical shops and restaurants at the foot of the building. Bus stop for Perpignan 1 minute away. Collioure is 25 minutes away and Barcelona is 2 hours away by car. At your service and see you soon!:)

An incredible location, feet dipped into water, for this freshly built appartment. From its 450ft² terrace you can enjoy the Méditérannenan Sea view as well as the Pyrénées.
