Smješten je na prvom katu obiteljske kuće, s pogledom na more i veličine je 70m2. Apartman je klimatiziran, besplatan WiFi i internet televizija. Sadrži dvije spavaće sobe, dnevni boravak, kupaonica i wc, kuhinja. Apartman je opremljen svim potrebnim uređajima. Gostima je na raspolaganju terasa s ležaljkama. Apartman je idealan za smještaj obitelji s djecom.

Charming villa Cherry - First floor apartment

Villa Cherry offers 2 beautiful apartments within a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, caffes and bakeries. This is a first floor apartment and can host 4-6 people. It offers beautiful covered terrace with a dining table, one bedroom with king size bed and other with two separate beds., a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dinding table. It is located only 100 m from the sea and the beach and only 500 m from the Punat centre. The apartment has free wifi and parking place.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Guest house Otto je kuća za odmor koja se nalazi u centru Punta sa vlastitim parkingom. U prizemlju je kuhinja,wc i mjesto za odmaranje u hladu smokve.Na svakom katu je soba sa vlastitom kupaonicom, jedna soba ima i mini kuhinju a jedna terasu. Prostor je klimatiziran,ima WiFi i SAT TV. Kuhinja ima ploču za kuhanje,pećnicu i mikrovalnu. Kuća je idealna za manja društva i obitelji sa djecom.Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli. Goste dočekujemo osobno uz toplu dobrodošlicu.

Anka 5 - nice view of the sea and islet Košljun

Apartment Anka 5 is located in a quiet part of Punat. It consists of one bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious terrace. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islet of Košljun. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and a washing machine. There is also a private parking space in the yard. Pet is allowed on request.

Well equipped, clean & modern apartment, located just 300m from the beach in quiet neighborhood, with big terrace and all the commodities you need. It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.

Jenina - a small flat in a quiet neighborhood

Our apartment is small but it got everything You need! The first beach is 1km away, but You could also go by car to the bigger beach - a 4min ride (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :) A lot of other outdoor activities are also available there.

Studio apartment for 3, perfect for families, with large terrace opening onto a green Mediterranean garden. Just 180m from the beach and a 20 min stroll to the centre. Includes parking, sat-tv, wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher and use of garden and grill.

Charming apartment in the oldtown

Nice little apartment in the old town near the center. We are pets friendly. In Punat you have nice long seafront promenade, bike road, shephards paths, etc... There are lots of little retaurants where you can try our traditional food.
