The villa is located in a secluded area and is approximately 200 meters away. It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It contains eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two seasonal vegetable gardens at your disposal.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The apartment is located in the center of Punat, the first row to the sea, with secured parking. It is located on the first floor of a family house, overlooking the sea and is 70m2 in size. The apartment is air-conditioned, has free WiFi and internet TV. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a toilet, a kitchen. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances. Guests can use the terrace with sun loungers. The apartment is ideal for families with children.

It offers beautiful covered terrace with a dining table, one bedroom with king size bed and other with two separate beds., a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dinding table. It is located only 100 m from the sea and the beach and only 500 m from the Punat centre. The apartment has free wifi and parking place.

Anka 5 - nice view of the sea and islet Košljun

Apartment Anka 5 is located in a quiet part of Punat. It consists of one bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious terrace. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islet of Košljun. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and a washing machine. There is also a private parking space in the yard. Pet is allowed on request.

Jenina - a small flat in a quiet neighborhood

Our apartment is small but it got everything You need! The first beach is 1km away, but You could also go by car to the bigger beach - a 4min ride (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :) A lot of other outdoor activities are also available there.

Studio apartment for 3, perfect for families, with large terrace opening onto a green Mediterranean garden. Just 180m from the beach and a 20 min stroll to the centre. Includes parking, sat-tv, wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher and use of garden and grill.

Nice little apartment in the old town near the center. We are pets friendly. In Punat you have nice long seafront promenade, bike road, shephards paths, etc... There are lots of little retaurants where you can try our traditional food.
