One double bedroom with an exit to the balcony, bathroom with shower, kitchen, dinning and living area all in one. Extra bed for a third person is on the couch in the bedroom. On the ground floor there is a common grill area available. Parking place is in the yard. Well equipped kitchen, WiFi and air conditioning available. One pet is welcome, subject to extra charge.

Apartment 1 This apartment is located on first floor of the house and offer a space of 45m2 and a large terrace of 16m2 with a beautiful open sea view on the bay with the Island of Košljun. The house has 5 apartments and one studio. My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, the airport and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere.

From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Since the owners are very fond of tradition and family in such an environment, we host our guests. Our apartment is perfect for a family trip or a romantic getaway.

You’ll love my place because of the location, lovely apartment, quiet place. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

This big apartment is equipped with everything You need! Our position is very kid friendly - the first playground is a 5 minute stroll, and the bigger beach is only a short car ride away (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :)
