The location is great, all the city's entertainment is right next door: the shopping mall and the market square (less than 100 m), the Oulu Theater (220 m), movies (280 m), food and other restaurants (less than 100 m), downtown shops, the beach (230 m), etc. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. A neat cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Cozy apartment in the Old Town Hall

We are pleased and honored to renovate and live in this valuable building, the former Pudasjärvi municipal hall. We want to offer guests the opportunity to stay in an apartment in a log house built in 1936 on the shore of Iijoki. The apartment has its own kitchen and toilet-bathroom. You can explore the Iijoki estuary and its islands by renting a safe, air-filled kayak with equipment from us. Electric bicycles can also be rented. The personal yard sauna heats up according to your wishes. Warm welcome!

Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has a basic set of dishes for two. Air conditioner installed on July 19, 2024 to ease the heat 160cm wide bed, extra mattress available. Garage parking available for a separate fee, check availability in advance.
