The final cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the tenant. If you'd like, you can buy it as an extra service for €80. Please notify the landlord in time for the additional service.

Welcome to the cozy Owl nest at the top of Iso-Syöte. The apartment enchants with a warm atmosphere and stunning views from the window. The location is perfect for an active vacationer. You can get to the slopes right from the doorstep, trails leave 300m away. A real ski-in / ski out stay. The space is best suited for a couple or small family. The loft has a double bed and two floor mattresses. The kitchen has been renovated in the fall of 2023, and in the kitchen you'll find everything you need to cook.

Atmospheric log cabin cottage in Syyte

Welcome to a holiday or to work remotely in a wonderfully atmospheric cottage in Pytkynharju. From the cottage yard you can see the magnificent scenery of Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. The feed services and the ski resort are only a few minutes away by car (approx. 5km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. You can find all the elements for a relaxing holiday in the nature here!

Cozy apartment in the Old Town Hall

We are pleased and honored to renovate and live in this valuable building, the former Pudasjärvi municipal hall. We want to offer guests the opportunity to stay in an apartment in a log house built in 1936 on the shore of Iijoki. The apartment has its own kitchen and toilet-bathroom. You can explore the Iijoki estuary and its islands by renting a safe, air-filled kayak with equipment from us. Electric bicycles can also be rented. The personal yard sauna heats up according to your wishes. Warm welcome!

Vaaran Huoneistot welcomes you! The apartments built in the old village school in Syöte were completed in the spring of 2023. Kuru is a lovely compact apartment with good basic equipment. Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate four. The apartment has a shared storage room with the neighbor, where you can store bikes/skis, etc. NOTE! Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
