The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.

I offer my partially renovated house for rent. The house is quietly located on a side street. The Puchheim S-Bahn stop is less than a 10-minute walk away. The city centre / Munich Marienplatz is about 30 minutes away. A private parking space is available. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, which is currently being renovated.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

From the apartment there is a good connection to Marienplatz in 15 minutes (S-Bahn) and in approx. 15 minutes to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) by tram 19. Parking is free outside the door. Within walking distance is a shopping mall, the Westpark, for a walk, bakeries, supermarkets, drugstores and small restaurants.
