we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The lovingly furnished wooden house offers 130 square metres of space for friends and family. Away from the tourist strongholds, you can find peace and quiet in nature, walking through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports can be reached in a few minutes by car, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 minutes away. Dogs are always welcome.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place is located between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. Bike rides along the Baltic Sea, kitesurfing in the shallow waters or hikes through the beech forest, there is plenty to discover here.

There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house.
