It is very quiet and can be the starting point for hiking or cycling trips in the beautiful surroundings. Our house offers optimal comfort for 4 guests and is equipped to a very high standard. A lot of light comes into the house from all sides and the high ceiling in the living-dining area gives a feeling of space and generosity.

Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old presbytery, we have built a small annex individually for us, for friends and guests. Some of them are modern, but they still have the charm of the past. A lot seems cohesive to us, some things are still going on. So, nothing is standard. What we don't think about yet and makes sense for guests can usually be added quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

Built in 2019, the house is set at the edge of a small holiday home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

The Muscheltaucher vacation home (living space 80 square meters) is a thatched house with underfloor heating throughout the house, a fireplace and a sauna. Built in 2020. The house has upscale amenities and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump, which is powered by green electricity from EWS Schönau.
