You'll love my place because of the location in the center of Wieck, the southern terrace, the cozy rooms, the peace and quiet, despite the tourist season and the proximity to Bodden and the Baltic Sea. The place is good for couples.

It is located in a naturally designed environment with typical local plants and traditional field stone walls. In the neighboring village of Bodstedt there is a traditional lagoon harbor, which is the home port for numerous sea boats for sailing and from which the lagoon ferry calls at several ports. Here you will also find quaint restaurants with freshly caught fish and regional delicacies.

The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Our apartment Lore is part of a high-quality, quiet 3-party Bauhaus villa, 120m from Rügen's most beautiful beach - the 8 km long “Schaabe”. It has a spacious living-dining area with a large couch and fully equipped kitchen, sauna (3,-€/h), fireplace, 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious south-facing terrace. The center of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes, bakeries etc. is about 300m away. Rügen's top attraction Cape Arkona is idyllically within cycling distance.

The property is located in a villa in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its eventful history, unique location on the water and the imposing brick Gothic buildings. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, an apartment in a convenient location awaits you.
