We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is optimally accessible by train. In 2013, we had the opportunity to purchase a property directly on the water. In addition to our now completely renovated single-family home, there is also the vacation home located directly on the water on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. The guest rooms and the large roof terrace offer a wonderful view of Lake Wusterwitz. Located directly on the beach promenade, a stay invites you to walks, bike tours, fishing, swimming and boat trips. Rental of two kayaks and bicycles is possible. The property has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms toilet/sink/shower, a small guest kitchen and washing machine. No smoking inside the house and pets are NOT allowed.

On our farm we have a children's playground and another one in the village. There are plenty of animals to pet (cats, sheep, rabbits) or watch (stork couple). Our chickens will also be happy to lay a few fresh breakfast eggs for you.
