An historic fully refurbished character barn attached to our traditional Welsh Long House home. Having a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed accessing it via a beautiful spiral staircase. Downstairs is an open plan lounge kitchen dinner with a wood burning stove and a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen is well appointed including electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a wine cooler. Large windows are at the front and back of the property with the most stunning views.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Hillview is well equipped with everything that you would need for your perfect holiday. The accommodation is arranged over two floors. The living area has an Aga wood burner to keep you warm and cosy in winter and radiators in each room supplied by an oil combi boiler.

Nestled in beautiful countryside with spectacular views lies a small 17th century farmhouse with a converted barn. The B&B barn provides first class Accommodation comprising: a large sitting room downstairs with a bedroom on a mezzanine floor above. Off the sitting room is a wet room and a private entrance is accessed by french doors, leading to a small outside balcony. Please Note there is NO kitchen/cooking facilities. But a fully stocked mini Breakfast bar is provided.

Irfon Cottage, Penrheol Farm

Irfon cottage sleeps two guests with its cosy open plan layout. The bedroom has a super king bed which can also be arranged as twin beds by request. The bathroom has a shower. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with the living area comfortably furnished. You are welcome to bring up to one dog please include this on booking, we ask that pets are not allowed in the bedroom and if they do go on the sofa, blankets are provided. There is an EV charger.

Beautiful Barn conversion near the base of Mynydd Troed (Foot Mountain) in Brecon Beacons National Park. 1.5 miles to Llangorse lake, 10 miles to Hay-on-Wye. Enter through the oak framed porch into the large open plan leaving area with a well equipped kitchen, and comfy lounge area with wood burning stove and large tv. There is also a downstairs wet room and conservatory. Upstairs there are 2 good sized double rooms, bathroom and balcony.
