Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Treat yourself to a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. We have just lovingly completely renovated this cottage with the number 7/3 here and now it awaits you! The pretty vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. There is also a nice private terrace. It is partly covered. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.
