Charming first floor of a guesthouse dateing back to late ‘800, just restaured. Bedroom and bathroom fully equipped. It is in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore, only reachable via feet. The window faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. Beautiful terrace facing far away the lake and the castles of Cannero, perfect for an aperitivo at sunset. Atmosphere of an english cottage, perfect for a couple. The bed is a king one, yes kitchen.

Safe and healthy. The location is in a separate wing of an old rural house (recently restored ) located in a characteristic ancient hamlet on the Lake Maggiore It is composed of a living, an old-style comfortable kitchen , two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a 4-5 people family. The living room faces a little garden in a courtyard where it is good to relax and picnic. The place is at a few hundred meters from Caldé a most renowned location called the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore"

Very modern, cozy, and central attic apartment. Very comfortable for 2 people, can sleep up to 4 with the sofa bed. The attic has a balcony with a stunning view on the lake. The house contains 3 apartments and has been refurbished in 2021, with high-standard equipment and ecological heating and cooling. High-speed internet with starlink, and free access to our own coworking space downstairs. Also ideal for remote working. Catering of regional specialties available.
