Relax after a busy day in the beautifully decorated lounge area complete with reverse cycle air conditioner and smart TV and wifi. Located directly opposite the Country Club golf course and just metres from the shops, cafes and tavern and a 2 minute walk onto the sand of the iconic Crescent Head surf beach.Lock the car in the garage and spend your holiday on foot. Each level includes its own living area and TV, full size bathroom and alfresco entertaining area. Featuring a full size kitchen including all new appliances and a dishwasher to make entertaining a breeze, opening out to the dining, living and alfresco area overlooking the golf course and across to the ocean. Smart TV included (you will need to use your own hotspot). Crimsafe windows and doors for you to open up and take in the ocean breeze. Configuration:- Upstairs: Bedroom 1 with queen bed. Our resident koala "Kilala", the name our 3 year old calls the koala, roams the trees around the house.
