The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Basement flat in the heart of Pontcanna, a vibrant and sociable area in Cardiff. Minutes walk from a range of amenities including cafes, restaurants, groceries and pubs. The flat is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the city centre. The recently refurbished flat includes a living room, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and private outdoor patio area. Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

The self-contained space features a double bedroom with the usual amenities, including an ensuite bathroom and a garden setting with its own patio and an al fresco eating area. Parking is available on the road outside. The town centre, railway station and beach are a ten ten-minute walk.

Comprises a Double bed, en-suite toilet and shower with a small kitchenette. Patio outside overlooking our garden. The annex has its own access with WiFi. Easy walking distances to some great local restaurants and a beautiful park.
