Pleasant and functional house located 15 minutes from Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo (open beaches!) Erquy, Cap Fréhel, Fort la Latte, GR 34 and the customs trail. Not far, also, from Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Malo and Cancale… It is located in a quiet area, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a green park of more than one hectare with a farmyard (chickens, peacocks, ornamental ducks) that will delight young and old. Nice house with independent entrance and private garden! Exceptional setting, quiet and close to all amenities and activities offered by the sea and the countryside. You will also enjoy a very large meadow adjoining the garden. On the ground floor, large living room with open kitchen and fireplace, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Upstairs, master bedroom and children's bedroom. 200 m from the center of the village and a 15-minute walk to the beach!
