Prestations de qualité Pour 10 personnes +2 sur demande 3 chambres doubles 1 chambre 2 petits lits 1 dortoir 1 lit double et 3 lits simples 4 salles d'eau avec douche Piscine chauffée de mi-mai à mi/fin septembre. 2 belles terrasses et 1 rooftop. Espaces verts non réalisés . Réalisation prévue janvier. Certains placards restent à terminer.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Nice house * Pool/garden * direct beach access

Lovely family home of 150m² on 2 levels, just renovated in 2024 that can accommodate 8 to 10 people depending on the season. Facing south, the living room is surrounded by beautiful terraces arranged around a heated pool (mid-April/mid-September) facing a pretty wooded garden of 400m² for a peaceful holiday with family or friends! An unusual habitat, installed at the bottom of the garden offers 2 extra beds in the summer for a night under the stars!

Pretty house on the prairie

Nice house with independent entrance and private garden! Exceptional setting, quiet and close to all amenities and activities offered by the sea and the countryside. You will also enjoy a very large meadow adjoining the garden. On the ground floor, large living room with open kitchen and fireplace, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Upstairs, master bedroom and children's bedroom. 200 m from the center of the village and a 15-minute walk to the beach!
