This bright, 80 m² two-room apartment on the 2nd floor is located right in the heart of the Kurzone 1 spa area. It has a fully equipped kitchen. You can find free parking about 200 metres from the property, at the Rupertus Therme. There is space for your bicycles in the garage. You can get to the thermal baths in just 4 minutes and to the city centre in about 7 minutes. If you arrive before check-in or after check-out, you can leave your luggage in our secure basement area at your own risk.

We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Our apartment is decorated with a lot of love. Among other things, it offers an Emma mattress, living room ventilation and a separate entrance! It is very close to Salzburg. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and you can quickly reach the city center by bus (30 minutes)/car (20 minutes). In the immediate vicinity is the Grünauerhof and the Hotel Königgut! Both are within walking distance and offer culinary delights. Two playgrounds are also within walking distance!

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Welcome to your holiday apartment in Salzburg. It is located in the suburbs of the beautiful city of Salzburg and you can explore the city easily with the bus. the house is around 3 km away from the city center but the bus station is only 50 m away from the house and leaves every 15 minutes. The flat is completely new renovated and has everything for a spoilt holiday. I m a tour guide and would love to give you some advice (if you want so).

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
