Awarded 3 stars by the France Tourism board. Our home lies in the nationale park Périgord-Limousin, close to 2 market towns. The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with king size beds. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. Directly overlooking a garden, not overlooked, with pool (27 (4 m/3 m and 1.3 m of water) and spa at 35, low lounge and garden furniture. Quiet. Spacious, bright, very pleasant! Ideal for a single person, a couple and even a couple with a child. All amenities within a 500-meter walk of the accommodation. (restaurants, cinema, convenience store...) To be specified in the same room a king size bed separable into 2 beds of 90 cm as well as a sofa bed with excellent bedding. This room of about 25 square meters serves as a living room and overnight stay. Parking in private parking lot.
