Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Exceptional view and spa option

Welcome to the vaulted suite, a space with a unique charm with an independent entrance (low and atypical door) and a private terrace, located within a building dating from 1800. There's no Wi-Fi here, but there is very good 4G coverage: an ideal setting to disconnect and enjoy the calm. We live in the upper part of the house and will be available if needed, while respecting your peace of mind. 🔹 It is not possible to cook in the room

Farmhouse situated in 1,5 h of gardens and lakes. The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

The studio I am offering is located at the rear of the main house. Independent entrance and a key box awaits you for perfect autonomy. Living room area – bedroom carefully decorated as well as the sauna. Next door, we have created a single room that houses the shower room and kitchenette, so don't be surprised😃. Cottage and meadow

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to tall trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristic sites. On request, breakfast: 13 euros/person.
