Recently renovated, our quiet independent cottage in a private property with shared pool (unheated, accessible early May depending on the weather), 5 minutes' drive from all amenities, will welcome you with pleasure. Located in the heart of the "BLACK PÉRIGORD" between Rocamadour, Périgueux, Brive-la-Gaillarde, 20 minutes from Sarlat, 5 minutes from the Lascaux caves and many other sites. On site, there are many marked pedestrian and bike trails.

Discover our pretty wooden cottage and its sunny garden with trees on a large plot of land. Tranquility assured with the forest that surrounds us, the view from your terrace on nature and the shared pool to disconnect. We live on site and we will be delighted to share our vegetable garden and our eggs with you, if you wish. Totally autonomous, you have an independent entrance and a private terrace. 3 minutes from the village shops and 15 minutes from Périgueux by car.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

A beautiful 30 m2 studio totally independent of the neighboring property. With a pool shared with the owner. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living area, and a nice sleeping area with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The private terrace overlooks unobstructed countryside views. The owner's house is adjacent but she remains very discreet or even absent.

House of 70 m2 newly renovated independent and adjoining owners located on the highest point of Sarlat. From June, an unheated pool will be available to share with the owner. Exterior finishes not Finished . You can also have lunch while contemplating the deep view of the city. You are less than 5 minutes to the city and 15 minutes to the must-see places to visit. Bed linen 160 (€15) and toilet linen (€5/pers) are extra.
