Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The hillside situation guarantees a wonderful view on the surrounding nature and Burghausen with its famous castle. Burghausen`s Old Town is reachable in few minutes by feet, car or bike, also the Wöhr-Lake with its bathing beach. (about 2km) Salzburg is reachable by car in under an hour.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Very well-equipped apartment, rented as a family by nice Bavarian hosts. It is located on the first floor and second floor of a small house and also has a stair lift. The property has a cozy and covered patio and free parking. Inexpensively located in the Inn Valley, there are plenty of excursion destinations in the vicinity, e.g. the pilgrimage town of Altötting (5 km), Burghausen Castle (20 km), many lakes (Chiemsee - 30 min. drive) and much more.

Modern country house loft near Mühldorf in a secluded location

Get away from the hustle and bustle - enjoy the sounds of nature on a listed farm in a secluded location, as you walk through the orchard or enjoy the orange-red sunset with a good bottle of wine by the pond. Swimming in the natural pond is possible (at your own risk). A cat has also settled in the yard. He is well cared for and likes to stop by, so the accommodation is only suitable for guests who do not feel disturbed by this.

The spacious loft lies in between a lovely village and the river Inn, very close to a swimming lake. It offers to its guests various possibilities: those who love cycling, going for a walk, spending their holidays in the nature and those who want to explore all the sights will find their perfect place here. Many interesting cities are very close. After renovations on the house in 2023 we will again open for guess in 2024.

On the Schacherbauerhof with Our four tiny houses overlook the orchard. They are minimalist but high quality and lovingly furnished with shower, toilet, large double bed, ample storage space and a beautiful terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used for an extra charge. On the farm there are numerous animals, a cafe and shop. Both are open Friday afternoon. The adjacent forest invites you to walk.
