It's a 10-minute walk to the point where the Peene flows into the Baltic Sea and a 5-minute drive to the Baltic Sea beach, with its wild dunes, right next to the nature reserve. There's a cosy café right on the premises.

Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.
