Achterhain - House by the Forest

Haus am Wald on Usedom - between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Achterhain is located on the edge of the forest in Ückeritz. 900 metres to the Baltic Sea, with the tranquil Achterwasser in sight. The forest of pines, beeches and oaks begins right in front of the house. A large panoramic window opens up a view of the forest, while on the other side, picture windows lead over fields to the water. Exposed screed, oak parquet, selected fabrics and pictures, clear and calm. The terrace is sheltered at the edge of the forest, perfect for long evenings outdoors.

In the immediate vicinity of the Szczecin Lagoon, on the Little Lagoon, the wild and romantic south coast of the island of Usedom, you will find four thatched holiday homes on a 3000 m² property in the tranquil village of Neverow.

At the end of a cul-de-sac, with a direct view of the Achterwasser lake and Zinnowitz harbour, stands our thatched-roof house MODERNE ZEITEN. The facilities should leave nothing to be desired: sauna, infrared cabin, hot tub, fireplace, two bedrooms with en-suite full bathrooms, a reading corner on the first floor overlooking the Achterwasser, and comfortable box spring beds. A large garden with a patio, garden furniture, a beach chair, a parasol and sun loungers invites you to while away the time.

It offers a spacious living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a gas fireplace, a recreation room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Our regular guests have been coming to us for years in all possible constellations - especially in the spring and summer, where the garden with numerous seating options opens up further possibilities. Of which, dogs are also allowed in 1 apartment.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. This villa features a private open terrace, perfect for evening relaxation. A parking space is available on the property.

Fantastic thatched roof house with direct views of the Achterwasser, very lovingly and modernly furnished. It is an approximately 115 m² vacation home with a large sun terrace for up to six adults + 1 child. At any time of the year, it offers everything you need to relax and unwind. Two double bedrooms and a large family bedroom are available. The downstairs bathroom has a spacious sauna. The fireplace provides romantic coziness.

The beach, 120m away, measures 5 km.

A two-level apartment designed for a maximum of 5 people. Parking space is included in the price. The apartment is located right next to the Promenade, close to the entrance to the beach. This is our guests' favorite location.
